"Simply Joy Care have looked after my mum in our home for over 2 years now. They have provided excellent care and always ask if there is anything else they can do to support mum. They have provided overnight support when we went on holiday last summer also which meant that we didn’t need to organise a respite stay at a care home for mum and she was able to remain in her own home for which she was very happy. Nikki, Becki, the supervisory team and carers are always quick to address any concerns we may have had and are also very proactive in letting us know about any concerns they may have for mum. I would highly recommend them and after having some not to great experiences with some other providers of care in the past am really satisfied with the care provided."

Its very rare these days that you come across a company that you actually want to leave a positive review for without being prompted. This is one of those.

They took over care for my mother at very short notice, supplying a package for her at home. She is in her 90s, but she was quite unwell after being discharged from hospital! with diarrhoea and other issues.

Bekki and Nikki soon had the situation in hand, and I have seen in person the way Nikki dealt with the situation when doctor attended, showing care and compassion that you wouldn’t expect from a close relative. Over the next couple of weeks, my mother’s condition has improved immensely. Bekki has constantly monitored her, and has responded immediately to anything that was required, without being asked, as well as keeping me advised.

Both exceptional ladies who provide an amazing service with ease.
