Managing Director

As Managing Director I lead the company and make sure everything runs smoothly day to day. I oversee the team, make sure we're delivering high quality, person-centred care and ensure we stay compliant with all the regulations. I also focus on growing the business, supporting staff and building strong relationships with our clients and their families, while creating a positive and caring environment across the company.

Nikki Tobin

Deputy Manager

At Simply Joy Care Services I support the day to day running of the service and help ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered. I work closely with Bekki, Vicky and the care team, helping to supervise staff, manage rotas and make sure we're meeting all regulatory requirements. I also step into lead when needed, support staff development and build positive relationships with clients and their families to ensure everyone receives safe and compassionate care.

Assistant Manager

I help support the smooth running of the services by assisting with daily operations and ensuring high standards of care are maintained. I work closely with the management team and care staff, helping with tasks like scheduling, monitoring performance and making sure we follow all polices and regulations. I also support staff on the ground, help resolve any issues that arise and contribute to creating a safe, caring and positive environment for both clients and the team.
